Returns

We want you to love your Just Glow order. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened skincare, makeup, and lip care products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.

How to start a return
Contact us at Maxperlow0428@Outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions once your request is reviewed.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
